Duties

• Negotiate and draft purchase and sale agreements, data center leases, and development agreements.
• Prepare service level agreements, loan documents, and operating/joint venture agreements.
• Manage a challenging workload in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and maturity.
• Proven ability to accept significant responsibility.
• Admission to or eligibility for admission to the relevant jurisdiction.

Education

• Strong academic credentials required.

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
