Location:

• Roseville, California

Duties:

• Handle personal injury and insurance defense cases including:

  • Motor vehicle accidents

  • Premises liability

  • Products liability

  • Homeowners’ claims

  • Commercial litigation

• Prepare and respond to discovery

• Conduct depositions and attend hearings and mediations

• Participate in pre-trial and trial preparation

• Optionally try cases or assist lead trial counsel

• Collaborate with a dedicated legal assistant with litigation experience

Requirements:

• 0–7 years of civil litigation or insurance defense experience

• Interest in depositions, discovery, and pre-trial work

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Commitment to maintaining a positive firm culture

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the California Bar (active and in good standing)

Skills:

• Excellent legal writing and analytical abilities

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Eagerness to learn trial strategy and litigation processes

• Proficiency in managing litigation deadlines and documentation
