Duties

• Manage and lead commercial litigation cases from inception through resolution.
• Oversee junior associates and provide guidance as needed.
• Draft legal documents, conduct discovery, and prepare for depositions and trials.
• Continue building and expanding personal practice.

Requirements

• 7-12+ years of commercial litigation experience.
• DC and VA bar admissions required; MD bar is a plus.
• Possess a modest portable book of business with interest in national growth.
• Proven ability to run cases and supervise junior associates.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in DC and VA; MD preferred.

Skills
