Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Senior Discovery Attorney to join its Wilmington office. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of experience in advising and supporting case teams and clients through all discovery phases, from preservation to production, and beyond.

• Duties
• Advise case teams and clients on discovery phases, including pre-litigation and trial preparation.
• Collaborate with attorneys, technologists, and clients to manage eDiscovery workflows and protocols.
• Oversee quality of work and deliverables for associated attorneys and service providers.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency in eDiscovery processes.

• Requirements
• Licensed and in good standing in the state of practice.
• In-depth knowledge of eDiscovery laws and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency with corporate messaging and productivity solutions like Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Expertise with Relativity is strongly preferred.

• Education
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

• Certifications
• Relevant eDiscovery certifications are advantageous.
