Duties

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience practicing law, preferably in family law.
• Active license to practice law in Texas and good standing with the State Bar.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
• Commitment to client-focused advocacy and ethical legal practices.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Membership in the American Bar Association.
