Chief Human Resources Officer
The will be responsible for planning and implementing strategies, policies and programs that support the mission and vision of organization. Will be responsible for the following major functional areas: employee benefits administration, recruitment and selection, position and salary compensation administration, training and professional development, employee relations, performance management, FLSA and leave administration, and workers’ compensation. Will serve on the Chancellor’s Cabinet and the Administrative Council. Will serve on major university committees, accreditation committees, councils and leadership teams are a part of the responsibilities of this position. Will also be responsible for ensuring the university’s compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations and serves as the EEO and ADA Compliance Officer for the university.
