Duties:

• Conduct detailed evaluations of loan and financial documentation before initiating legal action

• Prepare and review initial filings and related legal correspondence

• Represent clients at hearings and manage communications with opposing parties

• Update internal systems with documentation, analysis, and case progress

• Maintain professional standards of confidentiality and discretion

• Ensure adherence to applicable legal standards at the local, state, and federal levels for foreclosure, collections, and bankruptcy matters

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in the State of Maryland

• Prior experience in foreclosure or title review is advantageous

• Capable of managing tasks independently while meeting time-sensitive deadlines

• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities in a fast-paced environment

Education:

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school

• Active Maryland Bar membership

Certifications:

• Maryland Bar admission (required)
