Location:

• Philadelphia, PA

Duties:

• Manage a substantial caseload of civil litigation matters

• Draft, prepare, and argue pleadings, motions, orders, and legal memoranda

• Conduct and respond to discovery requests

• Prepare and take depositions of parties and expert witnesses

• Conduct detailed legal research and draft supporting memoranda

• Attend mediations, court conferences, and hearings

• Draft client communications, status updates, and case evaluations

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil litigation defense

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with state and federal court procedures in PA and NJ

• Must be able to transition efficiently between tasks and prioritize effectively

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active law license in Pennsylvania and New Jersey

• Additional state admissions are a plus
