Duties
Represent clients in commercial, corporate, financial, and employment-related litigation
Manage cases in state and federal courts, including trial and appellate levels
Draft motions, briefs, and pleadings with high attention to detail
Conduct discovery, depositions, and witness interviews
Participate in client meetings, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations
Collaborate with litigation teams and provide strategic input on case development
Requirements
3–6 years of litigation experience
Background in commercial, corporate, or employment litigation preferred
Ability to manage litigation tasks independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Attention to detail and proactive approach to problem-solving
Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Certifications
Active membership in the Delaware State Bar (Required)
