Duties

• Represent clients in commercial, corporate, financial, and employment-related litigation

• Manage cases in state and federal courts, including trial and appellate levels

• Draft motions, briefs, and pleadings with high attention to detail

• Conduct discovery, depositions, and witness interviews

• Participate in client meetings, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations

• Collaborate with litigation teams and provide strategic input on case development

Requirements

• 3–6 years of litigation experience

• Background in commercial, corporate, or employment litigation preferred

• Ability to manage litigation tasks independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Attention to detail and proactive approach to problem-solving

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active membership in the Delaware State Bar (Required)
