Duties

• Conduct U.S. trademark clearance, prosecution, and portfolio management.
• Engage in TTAB work and trademark-specific litigation.
• Provide copyright counseling and manage related legal matters.
• Participate in licensing and acquisition agreements.
• Contribute to the growth of the national practice.

Requirements

• Two to five years of legal experience in relevant areas.
• Experience with international prosecution preferred.
• Ability to navigate complex subject matter effectively.
• Ambition, drive, and team orientation.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice.
