Duties

• Meet with clients to discuss cases and provide legal advice.
• Represent clients throughout the pre-suit process.
• Investigate case facts, gather evidence, and interview witnesses.
• Review medical records and accident reports.
• Draft demand letters and settlement statements.
• Ensure compliance with the Statute of Limitations.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
• Organize and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Utilize case management software for efficient case handling.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Member in good standing of the Florida Bar.
• Experience in plaintiff pre-litigation personal injury.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with case management software (Filevine a plus).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Member in good standing of the Florida Bar.
