Must be actively licensed in Maryland. Strong research, writing, and communication skills are needed. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are needed. Negotiation and presentation skills are needed. Should have the ability to exercise independent judgment and work with confidential and sensitive information. Should have the ability to handle work assignments consisting of major legal tasks for which considerable legal judgment, experience, and independent reasoning are required.
