Location:

• Charlotte, North Carolina

Duties:

• Represent clients in family law matters including divorce, custody, child support, spousal support, and equitable distribution

• Handle all aspects of litigation including discovery, negotiation, motion practice, and trial

• Prepare legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence

• Communicate with clients to provide updates and legal guidance

• Collaborate with colleagues across firm locations to support client outcomes

• Appear in court and advocate on behalf of clients

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in family law practice

• Willingness to work full-time and in-person

• Strong litigation and client advocacy experience

• Bilingual proficiency is a plus

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active and in good standing with the North Carolina State Bar

Skills:

• Strong legal writing and communication skills

• Effective negotiation and courtroom advocacy abilities
