A respected legal practice based in Myrtle Beach, SC is expanding its real estate team and seeking a dedicated attorney to manage a wide range of property closings. Duties:

• Guide the full lifecycle of residential and commercial real estate closings, including sales and refinances

• Examine and interpret property titles and resolve related issues

• Communicate and coordinate with lenders, realtors, brokers, buyers, and sellers to ensure smooth transaction flow

• Review and prepare legal documentation such as purchase agreements, deeds, leases, and loan paperwork

• Provide clients with clear, confident legal guidance throughout the closing process

• Confirm the accuracy of disbursement ledgers and authorize financial documents

• Represent the firm professionally at events and in client-facing situations to foster continued business

• Host educational sessions for prospective clients and partners on key real estate legal topics

Requirements:

• Prior experience handling residential property closings is strongly preferred

• Active and in-good-standing member of the South Carolina Bar

• Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and client-service skills

• Motivated and entrepreneurial, with the ability to engage in community and business outreach

• Demonstrated commitment to excellence through prior work and academic performance

• Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a growth-oriented environment

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Must hold an active license to practice law in South Carolina
