A law firm seeks an experienced antitrust lawyer with over 8 years of experience in Hart-Scott-Rodino Act (HSR) filings to join its Antitrust & Competition Group in Raleigh, NC. The role involves collaborating with other antitrust lawyers to support transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. Candidates with substantial experience in HSR filings and familiarity with global merger control processes are preferred. Relevant government experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

Duties

• Communicate effectively with clients.
• Supervise associates in their tasks.

• Assist with fact development and depositions.
• Review and draft discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda.
• Develop case strategy.

Requirements

Education

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
