A law firm in New York City is seeking a Mid-Level International Tax Associate Attorney with expertise in transactional tax work, particularly in cross-border planning and implementation. Conduct transactional tax work with a focus on cross-border planning and implementation. Utilize outstanding writing and analytical skills to provide high-quality legal services. Duties:

• Perform transactional tax work, including cross-border planning and implementation.
• Research and analyze tax implications of international transactions.
• Draft legal documents and provide strategic tax advice to clients.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals within the firm to deliver comprehensive legal services.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience in transactional tax work.
• Admission to the Bar in the jurisdiction of practice.
• LL.M. in Taxation preferred.
• Fluency in other languages is a plus.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• LL.M. in Taxation (preferred).
