Location:

Duties:

• Handle pre-litigation personal injury claims from intake through resolution

• Conduct legal research and draft correspondence and settlement-related documents

• Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers

• Review case files, medical records, and evidence to support claims

• Coordinate with internal team to ensure smooth case progression

• Maintain accurate case documentation and meet all relevant deadlines

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in personal injury law preferred (not required)

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Strong client service orientation and interpersonal communication

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar

Skills:

• Legal research and writing

• Knowledge of tort and personal injury law

• Effective communication with clients and third parties

• Case file organization and data management

• Fluency in Spanish is a plus
