Responsibilities: General legal advice to Chief Legal Officer and enterprise sales team. Assist enterprise team regarding general contracts, third-party agreements, and vendor supplier relationships. Create business-oriented legal reports and correspondence and effectively present legal information to senior management. Develop information and obtain materials relevant to the objectives determined by the Legal Department. Analyze and draft legal memoranda assessing the merits and respective legal risks and opportunities with focus of different problem-solving approaches. Strong desire to learn about business and function within an in-house legal team. Understanding legal issues facing platform or marketplace companies. Provide timely and practical legal support to different business groups and units.
