The candidate will be responsible for handling cases in which the firm represents property owners and contractors in first-party insurance disputes. Job duties will include drafting and arguing motions, drafting pleadings and discovery documents, taking and defending depositions, attending mediations, and participating in firm-sponsored marketing events. The ideal candidate will have experience litigating first-party property and bad faith claims. Must be an Active member of the Florida Bar.
