A law firm seeks a Real Estate Associate to join its team in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial real estate and financing transactions, including mixed-use, office, multi-family, retail assets, hotels, and resorts.

Duties

• Draft and negotiate real estate and financing transaction documents.
• Engage in purchase and sale agreements, licenses, and leases.
• Handle loan agreements, easements, and development-related agreements.
• Participate in property management agreements.
• Interact directly with partners and clients.

Requirements

• 2nd-4th year associate experience in real estate.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Experience in real estate development and joint ventures is a plus.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional work ethic.

Education

• JD from an ABA-approved law school.

Certifications

• Active member of the Bar in the jurisdiction of practice.
