Duties

• Develop trial strategy and take first chair responsibility in trials.
• Conduct complex legal research and oversee case prosecution.
• Interface with specialized outside counsel on behalf of the firm and its clients.
• Draft and argue motions and oppositions on complex legal issues.
• Conduct depositions of witnesses, experts, and key corporate representatives.
• Collaborate on policy improvements and client communication strategies.
• Ensure timely resolution of legal issues as they arise.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of litigation and trial experience.
• Proven track record with multiple jury verdicts and trial experience as first chair.
• Strong client communication skills.
• Experience in Arbitration, Coordinated Proceedings, and Multi-District Litigation preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office, timekeeping software, and client file management.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in California.
