Job Overview

Duties

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience, preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm.
- Extensive experience with Rule 702 and Daubert issues.
- Background in products liability litigation.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry is a plus.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) from a nationally recognized school.
Certifications
- Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction of application.
- New York bar admission is encouraged.
