This role involves managing case files from start to finish, working directly with clients, and actively participating in hearings, depositions, and trials.

Duties

• Manage case files from initiation to resolution.
• Work directly with clients to address their legal needs.
• Participate actively in hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Engage in business and corporate litigation, real property disputes, land use matters, and trust and probate litigation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Familiarity with Lexis Nexis and Florida civil procedure preferred.
• Florida Bar membership required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the Florida Bar.

Skills

• Strong case management and client interaction skills.
