• Collaborate with and manage a team of paralegals and business professionals.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience with USPTO Trademark Trial & Appeal Board proceedings.
• Strong analytical, writing, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the state bar.
