Duties

• Engage in renewable energy transactional work, including joint ventures and commercial agreements.
• Participate in engineering, procurement, and construction contracts for renewable energy facilities.
• Contribute to financing transactions in the energy and natural resources sector.
• Collaborate on oil and gas projects as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in a sophisticated law firm environment.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and assume responsibility.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
