Duties

• Manage a caseload of personal injury litigation cases from intake through trial.
• Collaborate with managing partners to develop strategies and expand the department.
• Mentor junior attorneys and staff to enhance performance.
• Work with attorneys and paralegals to ensure clients receive deserved compensation.
• Utilize technology to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Appear in District and Superior Courts of Massachusetts for civil litigation.

Requirements

• 3-7+ years of personal injury litigation experience, including trial experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Massachusetts personal injury laws.
• Leadership experience with the ability to elevate team performance.
• Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts; additional jurisdictions are a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Massachusetts.
