A law firm seeks a Corporate Associate Attorney with two to four years of experience to join its Corporate Finance Division in Denver, CO. This role offers the opportunity to work with a well-established corporate group on dynamic transactions for national clients.

Duties

• Lead or contribute to mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.
• Engage in capital markets transactions and compliance reporting.
• Advise on venture capital and early-stage investment transactions.
• Participate in private equity fund formation and governance.
• Provide investment management advice to broker-dealers and investment advisers.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice in or eligible for admission without examination in Minnesota.
• 2-4 years of experience in relevant transactional matters.
• Experience with corporate governance and securities offerings preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Minnesota or eligibility for admission without examination.

Skills

• Strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills.
