• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, ensuring a positive experience.

Requirements

• Licensed attorney in California, in good standing with the California Bar.
• Experience in personal injury and medical malpractice law preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Compassionate and patient client-centered approach.
• Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of incoming leads efficiently.
• Proficient in using case management software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical skills for accurate intake assessments and documentation.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
