Ackerman & Falcon, a plaintiff’s Workers’ Compensation firm, is seeking a new Associate to join our growing team in Northern Virginia. Must be liscensed in Virginia or be registered to take the Virginia Bar exam this summer.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 0-2 years of experience in Workers’ Compensation
- Strong legal writing skills
- Experience with Neos or similar case management software
- The desire to appear in Court and before the Workers' Compensation Commission
Desirable:
- Ability to speak Spanish
- Law school clinical and trial practice
- Volunteer experience in the community
