This role involves overseeing a portfolio of injury cases from initial filing through final resolution, advocating on behalf of clients who have suffered harm, and navigating all phases of pre-trial and courtroom litigation. Duties:

• Oversee the full litigation lifecycle of personal injury cases, from intake through settlement or trial.

• Draft, review, and file legal pleadings, discovery documents, motions, and related filings.

• Prepare clients and witnesses for depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial testimony.

• Represent clients in court proceedings including mediations, pre-trial conferences, and jury trials.

• Develop and implement legal strategies tailored to individual case complexities and objectives.

• Maintain consistent, empathetic, and professional communication with clients throughout the case.

• Collaborate with litigation support teams, paralegals, and fellow attorneys to ensure efficient case handling.

• Provide legal advice rooted in sound judgment and thorough analysis of applicable personal injury statutes and case law.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of dedicated experience in personal injury litigation.

• Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume caseload with efficiency and precision.

• Strong litigation and trial preparation skills, including strategy development and courtroom advocacy.

• Proven ability to effectively negotiate settlements while balancing client interests and legal exposure.

• Proficient in legal research, drafting, and interpretation of complex legal issues.

• Commitment to client service with a compassionate and proactive approach.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active and good-standing license to practice law in the state of Georgia.
