Job Overview

Duties
- Communicate effectively with clients.
- Supervise junior associates.

- Assist with fact development and depositions.
- Review and draft discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda.
- Contribute to developing case strategy.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm.
- Extensive experience writing briefs, including Rule 702 and Daubert issues.
- Experience with products liability litigation.
- Familiarity with the pharmaceutical and medical device industry is a plus.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) from a nationally recognized school.
Certifications
- Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction of application.
- New York bar admission is encouraged.
