Mid-Level Patent Litigation (Life Sciences) Associate
The candidate should have 2-5 years of relevant patent, IP, and/or commercial litigation experience. Superior academic credentials, and excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills are a must. Undergraduate or graduate degree, and/or academic or industry experience, in biology, chemistry, or similar life sciences field preferred. Must have experience in life sciences and/or medical devices. Interest in life sciences is a must. NY Bar membership is preferred, but out-of-state candidates are welcome to apply.
