Winston & Strawn is looking for an attorney to join its eDiscovery & Information Management Practice Group. This is a full-time, non-partner track position, and can be based in any of our domestic offices. The attorney will report to the leadership of our eDiscovery & Information Governance Group. This position will entail working with our e-discovery attorneys, project managers, technical staff, Winston Legal Solutions (where our managed review operation is located), case teams and clients on a wide array of issues relating to the EDRM, including: (i) developing and implementing preservation plans; (ii) developing e-discovery plans; (iii) assisting in relevancy scoping (e.g., custodians, non-custodial sources, and search terms); (iv) providing analytical advice to include search terms, clustering and concepting and predictive coding; (vi) coordinating and supervising e-discovery on our matters; (vii) counseling clients on e-discovery issues; and (viii) motion practice around complex e-discovery issue, including research and drafting briefs. Our platform includes Nuix, Brainspace, Relativity, Novus, X1, Exolution, EnCase and Cellebrite. Experience on these platforms is preferred by not required. Experience and skills in information governance/records management and privacy are not required but considered a plus. All candidates should be admitted to the state bar of their preferred office location.
