Duties

• Advise clients on eDiscovery and Information Governance issues.
• Draft complex legal documents, including memorandums and motions.
• Collaborate with clients and co-counsel to manage workstreams effectively.
• Prepare experts for oral testimony and manage task and matter assignments.
• Engage in industry-relevant organizations and support firm initiatives.
• Lead client engagements and deliver high-quality work product.
• Mentor junior team members and build cohesive teams.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of law firm experience.
• Admitted to a US bar; willingness to obtain DC admission if necessary.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, including international travel.

Education

• Doctor of Jurisprudence degree.

Certifications

• Admitted to a US bar.
