A law firm seeks an experienced Senior Discovery Attorney to join its San Francisco office. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of experience in advising and supporting case teams and clients through all discovery phases, from preservation to production, and beyond. This role involves collaboration with attorneys, technologists, and clients to manage eDiscovery workflows and protocols.

Duties

• Advise case teams and clients on discovery phases, including pre-litigation and trial preparation.
• Collaborate to craft and manage case-specific eDiscovery workflows.
• Oversee quality of work and deliverables for associated attorneys and service providers.

Requirements

• Licensed and in good standing in the state of practice.
• In-depth knowledge of eDiscovery laws and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency with corporate messaging and productivity solutions.
• Expertise with Relativity is strongly preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of practice.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
