Duties

• Handle all aspects of complex commercial litigation under the supervision of senior attorneys

• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents

• Participate in discovery, including document review and depositions

• Prepare for and attend court hearings, arbitrations, and mediations

• Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies and manage litigation timelines

• Maintain excellent client communication and deliver high-quality service

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience or completion of a judicial clerkship

• Demonstrated experience in complex commercial litigation matters

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to legal excellence

• Excellent oral advocacy and client-facing communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school

• Law Review participation or other journal experience preferred

Certifications

• Admission to the California State Bar (or eligibility for immediate admission)
