Duties

• Handle complex commercial disputes independently and in teams.
• Conduct legal research and draft sophisticated legal documents.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Manage litigation cases from inception to resolution.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of litigation experience in a law firm setting.
• Admitted to practice in New York.
• Strong academic background with superior writing skills.
• Proven track record in managing commercial litigation cases.
• Clerkship experience is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in New York.
