Duties

• Screen potential litigation clients and interview clients and witnesses.
• Manage case files and negotiate with insurance companies.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Prepare for and participate in mediations.
• Interview and depose witnesses, and prepare clients for depositions.
• Provide counsel to clients and assist at trial.

Requirements

• Five or more years of personal injury experience.
• Member of the NY Bar.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professionalism and client service prioritization.
• Experience in evaluating claim value.
• Excellent attention to detail and multitasking ability.

Education

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Member of the NY Bar.
