Duties

• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare legal documents.
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Collaborate with expert witnesses and other legal professionals to build strong cases.
• Provide clients with clear and timely legal advice throughout their case.
• Ensure all legal work is completed with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
• Attend in-person court appearances when required; some remote work is available for flexibility.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience handling personal injury cases.
• Proven track record in managing personal injury litigation, including trials.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and ability to work with medical records.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor with a client-focused approach.
• Admitted to practice law in New York State.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in New York State.
