Duties

• Conduct thorough research and analysis of legal cases to inform strategies.

• Litigate cases in State and Federal courts and negotiate settlements.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop effective legal solutions.
• Stay updated on relevant legal developments and case law.
• Provide legal guidance to clients and claim professionals.
• Manage multiple cases, tasks, and deadlines simultaneously.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in personal injury law preferred.
• Admission to the New York Bar required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York Bar.

Skills

• Strong writing and drafting skills for effective legal documents.
• Proficiency in legal research tools, including Westlaw.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
