Duties

• Screen potential litigation clients and conduct in-depth interviews with clients and witnesses.
• Manage case files and oversee all aspects of litigation strategy.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Negotiate with insurance companies to secure favorable outcomes.
• Prepare for and participate in mediations and settlement discussions.
• Conduct witness interviews and depositions, and prepare clients for their depositions.
• Provide legal counsel to clients throughout the litigation process.
• Assist with trial preparation and representation as needed.
• Collaborate closely with supervising attorneys to ensure seamless case management and results-driven litigation.

Requirements

• 2 or more years of personal injury experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication and people skills.
• Professionalism and prioritization of client customer service and representation.
• Experience and knowledge on how to evaluate the value of claims.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Education

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Member of the Florida Bar.
