Duties

• Handle all phases of personal injury litigation from case filing through trial.
• Draft pleadings, discovery responses, and dispositive motions.
• Conduct and defend depositions of clients, experts, and witnesses.
• Attend hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and trials.
• Collaborate with case managers, paralegals, and support staff.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance representatives.

Requirements

• Active California Bar license in good standing.
• Minimum 4-5 years of civil litigation experience, personal injury preferred.
• Excellent oral advocacy, negotiation, and courtroom presentation skills.
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical abilities.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active California Bar license.
