Duties

• Litigate employment-related lawsuits involving:

  • Retaliation

  • Contract disputes

  • Employment torts

• Represent employer clients in:

  • Federal and state courts

  • Administrative agency proceedings

  • Mediations and arbitrations

• Advise employers on:

  • Fair employment law compliance

  • Risk management strategies

  • Dispute resolution programs

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of legal experience, with a focus on employment law strongly preferred

• Proven litigation experience, including case preparation and courtroom representation

• Familiarity with state and federal agency procedures and employment law trends

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school

• Strong academic credentials required

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar or eligibility to obtain admission
