• Identify and analyze legal issues.
• Utilize case management software for workflow efficiency.
• Communicate with clients and opposing counsel.
• Interface with experts.

Requirements

• California Bar License.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
• Ability to appear for court appearances within the Bay Area.
• Familiarity with family law proceedings and procedural nuances.
• Ability to contribute collaboratively to attorney teams while managing cases independently.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
