Intellectual Property & Trademark Paralegal
The candidate will be involved in the docketing of trademark filings and renewals, as well as the docketing of other IP matters. Prepare and file relevant documents related to the prosecution and/or maintenance of U.S. and foreign trademarks. Correspond directly with clients and foreign associates on routine trademark-related matters. Provide IP litigation support. Familiarity with trademark opposition and cancellation actions, trademark clearance searching, copyrights, domains, and USPTO proceedings is also a plus. A Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and/or completion of an ABA-approved paralegal program is preferred. Experience with docketing software and, in particular, CPI docketing software is preferred.
