Duties:

• Conduct consultations with clients to gather facts, explain the legal process, and offer compassionate guidance

• Assess claims thoroughly and formulate tailored legal strategies

• Provide regular updates to clients and ensure clear, respectful communication

• Negotiate with insurance carriers on claims, demands, and settlement offers

• Collaborate closely with support staff and legal team members to advance cases efficiently

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of case activity

• Demonstrate leadership in managing caseload and ensuring responsive service

Requirements:

• Must be licensed and in good standing with the Georgia Bar (or eligible for admission)

• Prior experience in evaluating claims and negotiating settlements

• Strong interpersonal skills and a client-first approach

• Adept at written and verbal legal communication

• Detail-oriented with an ability to think proactively and solve problems

• Comfortable working independently and within a collaborative team setting

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Georgia Bar (or willingness to obtain Georgia licensure promptly)
