• Collaborate with other attorneys on case strategy and legal projects.

• Utilize legal research tools such as Westlaw for case preparation and document management.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of corporate and real estate law (preferred but not required).

• Proficiency in legal research using platforms like Westlaw.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing individual caseloads.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in California and good standing with the state bar.
