Duties

• Work across various practice areas including family law (divorce, custody, support, and related matters), business law (entity formation, transactions, and contracts), real estate (residential and commercial transactions as well as property disputes), wills, trusts, estates & probate (estate planning, trust administration, and probate), and litigation (civil litigation across practice areas when disputes require court intervention).
• Maintain case files and adhere to deadlines.
• Prepare for and appear in court.
• Advocate for clients and provide client-centered legal services.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission and good standing with the state Bar in Indiana (or pending admission).
• Interest in general practice and client-centered advocacy.
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload.
• Legal research and computer skills.
• Commitment to long-term employment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
