Duties

• Develop and execute innovative litigation strategies to achieve optimal case outcomes.
• Conduct legal research, prepare briefs and other legal documents, and interpret relevant laws and regulations.
• Gather, analyze, and summarize case data to support litigation strategies.
• Advise clients on the legal aspects of their cases and provide compassionate, client-centered representation.
• Represent clients in civil litigation and other legal proceedings.
• Oversee a caseload of personal injury cases and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
• Collaborate with negotiators to develop effective settlement strategies.
• Supervise and mentor case managers and legal assistants.
• Maintain professionalism and uphold the firm's standards in all client interactions.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in personal injury litigation.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Solid understanding of the legal system, including laws, court procedures, and legal precedents.
• Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Education

• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• An active license to practice law in Washington is required.
• Licensure in Utah and/or Idaho is a plus.
