A national law firm focused on real estate and creditors' rights is seeking a qualified and experienced Creditor’s Rights Attorney to support its Arizona practice. This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to join a well-established, multi-state legal team providing comprehensive representation to major financial institutions. The position is suited for a motivated attorney with deep experience in foreclosure, collections, and creditor-related litigation. Remote work is available, with required in-state travel for court appearances.

Manage a high volume of creditor's rights cases, including mortgage foreclosure and collections
Make court appearances and represent clients at hearings, including potential travel across the state
Handle discovery practice, depositions, motions, and conflict resolution
Provide legal analysis related to TILA, RESPA, FDCPA, and Bankruptcy Code compliance
Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, and motions
Maintain superior client communication and relationship management
Collaborate with colleagues across a multi-state legal team
Support business development and firm reputation within the Arizona legal community
Contribute to growth of the firm’s presence and client satisfaction in the Arizona region
Active and good-standing member of the Arizona State Bar (required)
Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in Arizona federal district and bankruptcy courts
Minimum 5 years of experience in mortgage foreclosure and collections law
Experience with discovery, depositions, and creditor litigation strategy
Knowledge of federal consumer protection laws (e.g., TILA, RESPA, FDCPA) and bankruptcy procedures
Appellate experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently
Willingness to travel in-state as needed for hearings
Experience with Arizona legal system and court procedures
Licensure in additional states is a plus
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Bar License in Arizona (required)
Federal court and bankruptcy court licensure in Arizona (or ability to obtain)
Additional state bar admissions are advantageous
Litigation and courtroom advocacy in creditor’s rights
Proficiency in legal research and writing
Excellent organizational and case management abilities
Conflict resolution and negotiation
Familiarity with mortgage servicing processes
Strong professional judgment and ethical standards
